Family-Based Petitions – A lawful permanent resident is a foreign national who has been given the opportunity to permanently reside and work in the U.S.
If you have an immediate relative who is a U.S. citizen or who is a lawful permanent resident, our Attorneys will advise as to whether you and your relative meet the required criteria and are eligible to apply for an immigrant visa petition.
A visa number based upon your preference category will be assigned to you in accordance with the preference category.
